Sure it’s a good camera. But it’s significantly more satisfying to spend 250 or less on your first camera and practice until you turn out some great shots with it than it is to buy a 600+ camera and take shit with it for a year.

Just buy a second hand 5D MkIII and learn the basics first. It's a great camera, super cheap second hand. Was used on countless AAA films and was a main camera for quite a few series, chuck magic lantern on it and volia. Invest in a decent audio setup and a knockoff glide cam as well as an affordable cage and monitor, ND filters and a polariser with a decent lens (Try play with a 35mm 1.8 or a 50mm 1.8) Btw real motorized gimbals are a mimick and are pretty difficult to work with in an organic state.

You will realise that you need so many other things to get started

Once you learn how to properly shoot, then look at getting a fancy camera. Don't throw money at it unless you can afford it, make money from it or are an idiot.
