If both samsung and huawie makes more phones than apple, how does more people have iPhones?

Genuine question, I really do feel like the government is trying to push apple out of the country.

Only rich and clueless types have iphones. most have cheaper androids. android is better anyway. apple sucks.

can actually use any brand of headphones
can actually transfer files without any apple bloatware
can actually flash and install any firmware type that suits you
millions more apps
actually own the right to repair it yourself and is infinitely cheaper to repair
standard interface that works with most tablets, kindles, memory sticks

you don't even own your own apple, it's in the small print that it still belongs to them and getting it fixed by anyone other than them is against their terms of service

Iphone = getting you in the ecosystem
Getting in the ecosystem = buying more apple products
Being in the ecosystem and breaking your iphone means you have to get an another iphone or repair the broken one (expensive asf)

And oh do they love it when your stuff breaks. Not only will they lie about how damaged something is, but they'll find new ways to make their "premium" products fail early.
