But when I can get a Huawei or Xiaomi with the same/equivalent processor, better battery and camera for a fraction of the price then whats the point in Samsung. Don't get me wrong I've loved the products I've had from them but I've found so many friends who've had them fry in the first month or so. The quality just isn't there anymore

Like the other anon, I liked my Samsung (SGS3) but all manufacturers seem to think that bigger is better, so I have moved on to Sony compacts now (Z3C, XZ1C).
