Oxford United vs Sunderland AFC [15:00 GMT]

Deadline day signing Will Grigg made his Sunderland debut as one of two changes made by Jack Ross to the side that started last weekend's win over AFC Wimbledon.

The £4m man came into the side in place of Charlie Wyke , who dropped to the bench.

The other change saw centre-back Jack Baldwin start in the league for the first time in a month as he was preferred to Tom Flanagan, who was among the subs.

Lewis Morgan retained his place in the side ahead of Lynden Gooch, having been drafted in as a late replacement against Wimbledon.

And there was no place in the matchday 18 for Chris Maguire who was also originally left out of the squad last weekend until Gooch's late withdrawal saw the Scot eventually included on the bench.

Oxford boss Karl Robinson made one change to the side that fought out a goalless draw at Burton Albion last Saturday.

He brought Jamie Mackie into the starting XI in place of former Sunderland loanee Jerome Sinclair, who dropped to the bench.
