Southampton v Man Utd [Premier League]

I watched a video of younger Rooney a couple of days ago. It's just depressing. He's only 31. The guy used to be Ronaldo's equal.

Bought myself an espresso machine today, so I've been testing it out a lot. Feel fucking wired, lads. Thoughts are racing, I feel weird.

Think I need to pop a downer or something, anyone holding?

Someone leaked a bunch of info on /newpol/ earlier to do with a DNC guy leaking to wikileaks who was later murdered. Hence the mega shutdown and subsequent issues.

Who thankful for living in the age of Rooney?

Hint: He can't.
51 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 20:59
How have manure spent so much but still ended up with so many mediocre playerself?
Their only genuinely good signing this season has been bailly
52 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:00
>>46
when was the last time he played well? 2010?
53 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:01
>>51
Pogba wasn't a good signing and hasn't improved the team

Transfer fee aside he has been a good signing.

And Pogba, and Ibra and Mkhi

I'd say he was alright under Moyes in 2014, one of the few players that played well that season. Been awful since then, not helped by LVGs obsession with starting the captain every game.

most expensive signing of all time
not even in the top 15 players in the world

Oh, I see you're retarded.
58 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:10
Moyes - Complete idiot
Van Gaal - Don't really blame him for the transfers but do for the defensive mentality being instilled in the club
Mou - Signings and selling have been good
59 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:12
Is being dominated by Southampton part of Mouyes' game plan?
60 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:14
>>53
Pogba is the exact opposite of "good signing". It's not just the transfer fee - Manure don't exactly lack finances - but the fact they could have, and should have signed 3 or 4 better players for the sum. What does >pogba offer that Sigurdson for example can't? And he's a set-piece specialist as a bonus
61 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:16
Why do you britbongers play sing a long to "oh when the saints go marching in" at every soccer game?

It's kind of gay!
62 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:17
>>58
Are you trying to say Mouyes doesn't play the most boring brand of defensive football?

And his signings have been shite
63 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:18
>>61
Why do amerimongs shout 'DEFENCE' at every sporting event? It's kind of gay.
64 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:19
>>58
Kek, what signings? Ibrahimovic perhaps, but >mouyes was so dependant on him he ran him to the ground, the injury was inevitable. Also it's hilarious how you criticize Van Laal for defensive mentality yet don't do the same for >mouyes, who plays the most appalling bus parking in entire Europe.
65 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:20
>>62
Moyes wasn't that defensive from what I remember.
I more remember it that he had one tactic of crossing and never changed it which meant teams could just sit back and counterattack because once the team noticed it wasn't working they just passed it from side to side and put 50 yard pointless cross into the box again and again
66 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:21
>>64
his team are second for chances created and most shots behind liverpool, he's not parking the bus which is why he is sixth
67 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:22
>>64
The football was better a few months back, it wasn't top tier or anything but it consistently created chances and there was rarely a game that I would blame Mourinho for. Though for some reason Mourinho has decided to go completely negative and go full self pity in interviews. There's literally no reason for it and it pisses me off to no end.
68 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:23
>>66
Means fuck all, not all shots and chances are equal. How many goals against top 7 teams have Manure scored the entire season? Van Laal insisted on possession and careful approach, >mouyes turned Manure into boring cowards.
69 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:24
I don't think Mou really plays defensive football (outside big games )either considering his records but he probably appreciates that the team is unbalanced as fuck and it took a season of defensive football at chelsea to turn them into a balanced team
70 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:25
>>68
Van Laal smashed up the top 6 both seasons but failed against the other 13 teams, he would have done better than mouyes
71 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:26
>>70
Let's be honest, Van Laal wouldn't have anywhere near the same record against the top teams this season. Most of the wins he got were against Rodgers Liverpool after all.
72 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:27
>>71
he beat klopp 1-0 at anfield with pooney scoring, beat pochettino 3-0, beat arsenal's A team 3-2 with the U-23 team, he gets shat on because of that full time plumbers meme
73 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:28
>>70
Van Laal in his first season had more wins, more goals scored and secured CL football without relying on fucking EL. Not saying he was a success, but considerably better than >mouyes
74 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:30
>>72
Klopp hadn't even had half a season by that point, and he still knocked out LVG in the EL anyway. Pochettino's Spurs were a joke back then. No way near the powerhouse they are now. Arsenal are Arsenal. Still got knocked out the FA Cup by them.

It's a good record don't get me wrong, I just doubt it would be anywhere near as good against the top teams now who have all improved massively.
75 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:31
Bailly injured

Literally zero shits given. Throw some kid in his place at the weekend.
76 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:32
Is Mou wanting Chicharito just a meme or it's real lads?
77 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:34
>>74
klopp had beaten chelsea 3-1 and city 4-1 before losing to LVG 1-0, at home
78 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:35
>>76
a few months ago he was saying that chicharito would score a lot in this team because of all the chances wasted. right now I doubt he would though.
79 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 21:36
>>76
Mou said he would have never sold Chicharito in an interview. Make of that what you like.

I hope it is real, want it to happen

I can't quite remember if it was refball or not but I know that they got completely outplayed so at the very least it was a lucky 1-0 win.
81 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 22:30
>>80
not refball, shit set piece defending from liverpool allowed pooney to score and then they parked the bus
82 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 23:03
Not even Hiddink managed to fix them, the cancer >mouyes caused needed someone like Conte to cure. Watch Manure mercenaries getting sick of the washed up fraud next season :^)
83 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 23:24
>>82
judge him next season when he has european football, I think got he chelsea knocked out of the league cup on purpose to remove any chacne of fixture congestion
84 Name: Anonymous 2017-05-17 23:44
I called this finishing 0-0 at the start of this thread and yet, I'm still here.

Fuck me lads, gonna go download some JAV and never watch it to make myself feel better.
