are you really this garbage?

you've done at least a year of study at this point and you can't write a python program when you have the steps are clearly written out for you

the psuedocode and flowchart are 95% just copy pasting the bullet points in different formats

the python code isnt much harder

if you really have 0 idea how to do this you should probably redo the year

Jesus christ are people this shit these days.

It is simple

Declare variables
Declare functions

4 dice variables, player_roll_1 and player_roll_2, AI_roll_1 and AI_roll_2. And player_total and AI_total

Ask for input for a name, which will be a text/string value

Once asked for name, print out shit script about shoes

set both player roll values to 0

player_roll_1 = player_roll_1 + RND*6
Same for 2nd variable, show values, add them together

Do same for AI

Use an IF statement to check if the player is a higher score, same score, or lower. Post result.

Ask if you want to go again.

It's fucking easy, basic shit.

Going to be honest if this is the length you have got after 1 year, fucking quit.,

$20 what the fuck can you buy for $20 these days?

Shit son, I don't know Python, but its the same procedure no matter what language is used. The same logic.

Guess the course was a mandatory one, it's your own fault for fucking up.

They wont be stupid, they will know you didn't pay attention and when you somehow produce a code listing for this, they will ask you what does this do, what does that do. And you will be sitting there like a deer in headlights.

I would feign sickness and in those couple of days off, learn the shit out of basic python and write it yourself.

I don't want your money anon. Just get your head back in the game. I know shit sucks, I pretty much dropped out myself. Just figure out where your passion is and work on that. If this isn't for you, get out.

Here's a basic mockup, should work fine. Any pseudocode and flowcharts should be easy as hell and take you 10 minutes like someone above said kinda just restating all the existing information in different words.

yeah, the only problem it has now is I have to put "Yes" or "Y" like strings, if i just type Yes or Y it does nothing, overall it works though, thank you
30 Name: Anonymous 2020-07-17 21:43
>>29
Sorry I'm not entire sure what you're saying, I put four variations of the word yes in an array, and any of those four should run the loop, anything else should just exit the program. Can you show me another screenshot of that issue and explain it differently?
31 Name: Anonymous 2020-07-17 21:45
shit. i dont even know python and am pretty sure i can code this shit by just looking up python cheat sheets. you're a fucking failure anon. holy shit. end it now.

43 Name: Anonymous 2020-07-17 22:32
>>32
You only indented the first line under the while loop header

You've gotta indent the entire thing

Pay attention in class; unlike most of the other dumb shit they regurgitate in universities nowadays, this shit is actually really important
44 Name: Anonymous 2020-07-17 22:37
>>39
You're desperate because you're a piece of shit who didn't fucking bother to learn anything in your class, by your own admission of simply not paying attention.
Now you're cheating your way out the other side. Suck my fucking cock and die when you choke on the cumshot, you piece of human trash.

I fixed the indents but this is what im talking about
you changed the first fucking print
49 Name: Anonymous 2020-07-17 22:58
>>45
You didn't fix the indentation

The code is saying "While your answer is one of these four variations of "yes," (which it is), continue to execute the line "time.sleep(0.5)."

You have to indent every other line of code underneath the while loop

2 indentations for the line(s) immediately under if statement headers

Please, do try to pay more attention from now on. I get that with most classes being online (if you're an Amerifat), it's fucking hard. But make a damn effort. This is the kind of shit that'll make or break your future if you're going down the tech route. I'm 110% sincere when I say that.

Holy Mother of Jesus, this thread is a fucking riot. OP is a beggar nigger, /prog/ tells him to get a fucking job, some good (((samaritan))) gives him his code provided OP studies, OP demonstrates complete noggatry with indentation, the good (((samaritan))) tries to surgically extract OP's head from his rectum, OP refuses to do so, /prog/ bitches the entire process.
I took a first-semester intro to python course, and I don't remember any of it except that ifs and stuff need every relevant line tabbed one space. That's literally the one thing I remember and OP can't do it.

Hey, you're welcome. It's guys like you that make /prog/ worth anything ever since the tinyification.
Are you a regular here? I only come here once in a blue moon because this board is just empty and soulless now.

Sadly, long time lurker, infrequent poster. Pretty much agree with you on how soulless it is, I end up fast flicking through looking for anything worth opening and all threads are garbage most of the time. Occasionally one or two worth browsing. You'll find other boards are more fruitful. I'm actually surprised I even found this glorified homework thread on /bijou/ not /lounge/. But ayyyy.
