The leftist tech companies are obviously trying to divide and conquer
Yes, for the benefit of capitalism and for their own ethnic interests. They're neoliberals, biological Leninists, and Jews, not fascists.
here is the definition of Fascism from the Merriam Webster dictionary
Definition of fascism
1 often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
I'd take issue with the general negative slant toward the ideology but first of all, the enemy takes pains to decentralize itself so there isn't one person to direct ire against. Secondarily, the enemy does not exalt a specific race, it merely denigrates one (whites). This is because it is in a certain sense the polar opposite of fascism.
2 : a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control
Fascism is not solely defined by autocracy. Are kings "fascists"? Is Deng Xiaoping a "fascist" despite espousing Marxism-Leninism? The definition is overly broad and therefore useless.
army fascism
Apolitical army control of the state is praetorianism, not fascism. Please use ideological words to mean what they mean and not as all-encompassing swears.

Also fascist here ama
