isn't it basically against HIPAA to report that "the hospitals are filled with covid patients"? that means that unless every person signed away their HIPAA privacy when they came in with a little cough from covid and it's "common knowledge".

it's not possible that it could be common knowledge or even released if the beds were all being used by covid victims.

they didn't. but after herd immunity kicked in, it went away on its own.

The Spanish flu actually just evolved into a less virulent variant otherwise known as influenza. It became the common cold basically. Through herd immunity basically. Just like at some point covid-19 will just be a common cold.
